For admission to the Master Project Management program, you must have either a university degree and at least one year of professional experience in project management or the equivalent. The equivalent is a university entrance qualification (such as Abitur, Fachhochschulreife or comparable professional further qualifications, e.g. a master craftsman’s examination) and an additional three years of professional experience in project management.

Mindestens 1-jährige Berufserfahrung in PM-Funktionen

Applicants with a first degree must also have at least one year of professional experience in PM functions.

Applicants without a first degree must have at least three years of professional experience in PM functions after university entrance qualification.

Erfolgreiche Teilnahme an einem Auswahlgespräch

After a positive review of the written application, an invitation to a selection interview will be sent out. We would like to get to know each applicant personally. It is important for us to get to know the specific background and personal motivation as well as to explain in detail the special requirements of the Master’s program. The selection interview is conducted in the form of a multimodal interview in which at least 8 of 15 points to be awarded must be achieved.

Applicants without a first degree must complete an aptitude test (written exam and case study) in addition to the selection interview.

Englischkenntnisse (B2-Niveau)

The Master Project Management is primarily held in German. A certain proportion of the modules (currently two out of twelve) are held in English. English proficiency at level B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required for admission to the program.

Proof of English language skills can be submitted later in the 1st semester. The University of Applied Sciences Ludwigshafen offers a corresponding test for a fee.
